Never Sent My Full Order

I usually order only Jomi compression but now I may not. I order compressions this last month and they shorted me two pairs. I sent photos and an email they day I got my package but no customer service returned my emails or calls. I’d like to warn other customers before it happens to them. This is so frustrating.

Is this company even real?

Submitted a return request on July 6th 2024 and still have not heard back from anyone regarding my issue. I filed a BBB complaint as well, because no one answers the phones, no emails have ever been returned and this company has no social media presence whatsoever. The item I ordered is also not what they're advertising. Smells like a scam to me.

Have not received product

I have tried to communicate with you numerous times that I didn't add my apartment address 3155 to the order. You don't answer your phone or communicate in any way. my address is Orrin Schwab 10697 W. Centennial Parkway, apt. 3155, Las Vegas, NV 89166

Cumbersome Return Policy

The stockings themselves are very good but you need to make sure that you accurately measure to get the right size. Their return policy is very cumbersome since I requested a return on Jan. 4 and still have not received an authorization and it's Jan. 8, basically 2 working days and no response. Beware ordering from this company in case you have to return an item. My return involves items that were never opened or worn and can be easily restocked but no response.

Stockings are very good but selection by size and color is limited. Is Jomi going out of stocking business?
